I had a blast chatting with Eric C Lindstrom this week about his writing, his vegan journey, and what it’s like to raise a couple of vegan kids. I’m especially excited for Eric’s upcoming variety show, “The Skeptical Vegan!” 
Eric C Lindstrom is the Director or Marketing for Compassion Over Killing and the author of “The Skeptical Vegan” (Skyhorse Publishing) and “The Smart Parent’s Guide to Raising Vegan Kids.” He lives in Ithaca, NY, with his vegan wife, two vegan toddlers, and vegan dog, Kimchi. For as long as I have known Honey LaBronx, I have to say it is a damn shame that this is her first appearance on the podcast. We did a show together, maybe ten years ago, and have been best of friends ever since. Here we talk about her current tour, her solo show, how how she manages to juggle her numerous other projects.
I’m excited to be back to the podcast after my mountain of work with my album and book release! At the top of the show I drop a couple of updates about that project and some others that are coming down the pike.
