I have been a long time, devoted fan of The Vegan Zombie, and over our years of traveling in the same circles, I’ve been lucky enough to develop a friendship with its creator, Chris Cooney. I am so excited to finally have him on the podcast!
Chris’ story is a really good one, and as a fellow creator who is plagued with self-doubt I really appreciate how candidly he speaks about his own challenges in that area. Chris has a huge project in the works, a full-length feature film called A44.  He’s crowdfunding the project right here, and I am a proud backer of the project. JL Fields is the founder and culinary director of the Colorado Springs Vegan Cooking Academy. She is a Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator, Food for Life instructor, chef instructor in the culinary program at the University of New Mexico-Taos, personal chef, career coach, and a corporate consultant offering wellness training, brand representation, and strategic planning services. She is a author of four cookbooks including The Vegan Air Fryer and Vegan Pressure Cooking.
